There might be a doubt that if 95%cases are by known people how can we report / file a case against our own people?
In that case can I ask a question? How many children were sexually
abused/ molested/ raped to get this decision today have you ever
thought? After crossing so many lives the govt moved a little bit...so
doesn't matter if few culprits die....tomorrow no one will dare to do
it...so such harsh punishments are the need of the hour though ours is a
democratic country. So even if it is our near and dear who rape, they should be punished harsh with death penalty..@Raveena Chavan
